To qualify you must be:
Getting married in any tropical destination, including Mexico or South America between December 1st 2010 and March 1st 2011.

The winning couple will receive:
– A 2 hour “engagement” shoot at the tropical destination (can be substituted for before the trip with all high resolution edited images ready within 1 week of the shoot, if the location preferred is within 50km’s of Winnipeg, MB, Canada)
– 10 hours of wedding day coverage at the tropical destination
– A 2 hour “trash the dress” or day-after shoot at the tropical destination
– Image enhancement, Blemish removal and airbrushing on all images
– A disc of all the high resolution edited images from the wedding & day-after shoot
– DVD slideshow on disc
– Online Gallery for family and friends to view all your engagement, wedding & day-after images
– Chance of a 3-5 page feature in a wedding magazine!

Nominations are due by August 30th 2010. Anyone, anywhere can enter to win including residents outside Manitoba or Canada. I will filter finalists based on availability and will then post them on my blog along with their stories and pictures. Then YOU will get to choose the winner!
To nominate someone you need to email info@empirephoto.ca with the subject line ‘Tropical Giveaway’. The following information needs to be included in the email:
1. Couple’s names + a picture of the couple
2. Ages of the couple
3. Tropical Wedding date (between Dec 1 – March 1, 2011)
4. Couple’s phone # + email address
5. How the couple met / their love story
6. Location of the wedding (City, country + venues/hotel)

Terms + Conditions:
* Prize includes the above listed services only, any albums, thank-you cards, guest books or other products are extra but available if requested
* Closing date for entries is August 30th 2010
* Chosen finalists are conditional that Empire Photography is available for the destination wedding dates
* 4 entry finalists will be chosen on September 1st 2010 and public online voting will run from September 1st-14th 2010 to determine the winner!
* Winner will be announced September 16th 2010
* Transportation and lodging costs for the photographer must be covered by the winners
