Standard License (Included)– What you CAN do:
With a standard license, the invoiced client may ONLY use the delivered media for:
(a) Internal use and/or promotional use for your own website, or any other website in order to sell, promote, or advertise your product(s), services or company.
(b) Displaying on social media sites such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, or Twitter to promote your product(s), services or company.
NOTE: Credit back to “Empire Photography – www.empirephoto.ca” or “@empirephoto” (on Instagram) is appreciated.
(c) Making prints or print runs UNDER 500 copies – to sell, promote, or advertise your product(s), services or company.
Extended License ($20/image or project rate total for all images) – What you CAN do:
By purchasing an extended license, the invoiced client may ONLY use the delivered media for:
(a) Making prints or print runs OVER 500 copies – to sell, promote, or advertise your product(s), services or company.
(b) Publishing or advertising by radio, television, magazines, books, newspapers, editorials, newsletters or flyers.
(c) Re-selling a derivative work of the original image.
